The estimated delivery times are based on shipments to major cities, so it may take longer for the package to arrive in smaller cities.

Returns

Customers may withdraw from orders within 14 days, counting from when the order is received.

To return a product, customers must submit a withdrawal notice via the product return form.

Returned products must not be used beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality. Products must be undamaged, complete, and unused.

Customers must return products within 14 calendar days of sending a withdrawal notice or provide proof of handover to the postal service within this timeframe.

Packages must be returned through the same parcel machine company from which they were received.

The seller refunds the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product to the original payment account.

Note: Countries without free returns will have return shipping costs deducted from refund amounts.

Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to delivered items not matching the order (incorrect or defective products).

If returned products show signs of use beyond verification purposes, the seller may reduce the refund amount according to the product’s diminished value.
