1. Validity of Online Store Terms and Conditions

1.1 The online store at dev.huppa.eu is operated by Huppa OÜ (registration code 10729509), located at Männiku tee 101, Tallinn 11215, Estonia.

1.2 These terms apply to customer transactions and are inseparably linked to the Privacy Policy.

1.3 By registering or purchasing, customers agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

1.4 Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Estonian law.

1.5 The seller reserves the right to amend terms, policies, and prices with notification on the website. Transactions follow the terms and prices in effect at transaction time.

1.6 All product images and texts are protected by copyright belonging to the seller.

2. Price and Product Information

2.1 Products shown are generally in stock, but availability may change due to technical issues or warehouse systems.

2.2 If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, a representative will contact the customer to propose alternatives or offer a refund within 14 days.

2.3 Product images are illustrative only and may differ from actual products. Descriptions may contain unintentional errors.

2.4 All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT.

2.5 The seller may change prices anytime. Orders already paid follow the original pricing; customers cannot claim compensation for price differences.

3. Placing an Order

3.1 Users must be at least 16 years old.

3.2 Customers select products and add them to the shopping cart using “Add to Cart.”

3.3 Cart items can be modified or removed before payment.

3.4 To complete ordering, customers proceed to checkout by clicking “Checkout.”

3.5 On the checkout page, customers fill required fields, select delivery and payment methods, confirm agreement with terms, and click “Place Order.”

3.6 Customers pay immediately via internet banking or credit card through secure payment processing.

3.7 Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS; the seller does not access banking information.

3.8 Customers must provide accurate information. The seller is not responsible for fulfillment failures due to incorrect customer data.

3.9 If an order cannot be fulfilled, the seller notifies the customer and refunds the amount to the original payment account.

3.10 The sales agreement becomes effective upon payment receipt in the seller’s bank account.

4. Shipping Costs, Delivery Time, and Terms

4.1 Customers select their preferred delivery method and postal service provider during checkout.

4.2 Orders are dispatched within 1–7 business days; delivery time depends on the chosen postal service provider.

4.3 Customers receive SMS and email notifications when packages arrive at parcel machines or post offices. Items are held according to provider rules. Uncollected packages are returned to the seller, who then contacts the customer.

4.4 Shipping costs are charged based on the selected method and destination country, shown in the shopping basket before payment. Prices and payments are in Euros.

5. Returns

5.1 Customers may withdraw from orders within 14 days, counting from when the order is received.

5.2 Return rights do not apply to legal entities.

5.3 To return a product, customers must submit a withdrawal notice via the product return form.

5.4 Returned products must not be used beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functionality. Products must be undamaged, complete, and unused.

5.5 Customers must return products within 14 calendar days of sending a withdrawal notice or provide proof of handover to the postal service within this timeframe.

5.6 Packages must be returned through the same parcel machine company from which they were received.

5.7 The seller refunds the purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the returned product to the original payment account.

5.8 Customers bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to delivered items not matching the order (incorrect or defective products).

5.9 If returned products show signs of use beyond verification purposes, the seller may reduce the refund amount according to the product’s diminished value.

6. Claims Procedure

6.1 In consumer sales, the seller is liable for product non-conformity appearing within two years of handover.

6.2 Any non-conformity appearing within six months is presumed to have existed at delivery. The seller must disprove this.

6.3 Customers must notify the seller immediately of defects, but no later than two months after discovery, by emailing info@huppa.eu with order number, contact details, and defect description.

6.4 A purchase document is required for claim submission.

6.5 Claims are reviewed and customers are contacted within 14 calendar days of receipt.

6.6 Claims do not cover usage instructions, adjustments, maintenance, cleaning, or defects from failure to follow instructions.

6.7 Claims do not extend to damages occurring during transportation after handover.

6.8 The seller will not eliminate defects free of charge if caused by: normal wear and tear, improper use or maintenance, external factors (moisture, liquids, mechanical damage), or failure to follow user manuals or careless storage/maintenance.

6.9 The seller relies on manufacturer authorized representatives for defect assessment. If repairs are possible but caused by aforementioned factors, customers may order repairs at their own expense.

6.10 Customers disagreeing with the seller must prove the issue is a defect, that it existed at handover, and that the seller is responsible.

6.11 If the seller provided a warranty, defects are eliminated according to warranty conditions.

7. Personal Data and Its Use

7.2 Customers provide clear, informed consent for personal data processing.

8.2 The seller’s liability is limited to the product purchase price.

8.3 Customers agree to use online store services only lawfully and in accordance with good practices.

9. Other Terms

9.1 Disputes are resolved through negotiations.

9.2 If agreement is not reached, customers may file complaints with the Consumer Disputes Committee (www.komisjon.ee) or take legal action.
